Community & Youth Protection Guidelines

1. Purpose, Scope & Relation to the Terms
These guidelines protect users—especially minors—from harassment, fraud and unlawful content. They apply to all areas of foundmylove.com and supplement our Terms; in case of violations, we exercise our house rules.

2. Definitions (Short Version)
Minors: Persons under 18 years of age.
Harassment/Hate Speech: Degrading, threatening-aggressive or discriminatory communication.
Pornography/Nudity: Display of primary/secondary sexual characteristics, sexual acts; erotic suggestive content included.
Grooming: Initiating sexualized contact with (alleged) minors.
Doxing: Publishing personal data without consent.

3. Age Limit & Verification
Use is permitted only from 18 years. In case of suspicion, we may temporarily suspend accounts and request age/identity verification.

4. Prohibited Content & Behaviors
Prohibited in particular:

• Depictions of minors; grooming; sexual exploitation.

• Nudity/pornography; paid sexual services; human trafficking.

• Glorification of violence; hate speech; stalking; threats.

• Fraud/scams, extortion, phishing; spam/commercial promotion; bot/scraping activity.

• Doxing; identity theft; deepfakes/fakes; copyright infringements.

• Ban evasion; multiple/fake accounts.

5. Photo & Media Rules
Upload only your own photos/media; no third parties without their consent, no logos/brand posing, no weapons. Nudity/pornographic depictions are prohibited.

6. Reporting Violations
Via the “Report” function or by email to support@foundmylove.com. We usually review reports within 24–48 hours. In case of immediate danger, contact the police: 112 (EU) / 999 (UK) / 911 (US/CA).

7. Moderation, Evidence Preservation & Authorities
We review content manually and automatically, retain relevant evidence for a limited time, and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

8. Measures & Suspension Rules
Depending on severity: warning → temporary suspension (e.g., 24 h / 7 days / 30 days) → permanent ban.
Immediate permanent ban for serious violations (incl. minors/grooming, violence/hate, fraud, pornography). Ban evasion also leads to a permanent ban.

9. Abuse of the Reporting Function
Deliberately false accusations or mass spam reporting may lead to measures up to suspension.

10. Objection/Appeal
Suspended users can file a reasoned objection within 14 days to support@foundmylove.com. We will review again and inform you of the decision.

11. Safety Tips
Do not share financial data; do not transfer money; meet only in public places; inform a trusted person. In an emergency: 112 (EU) / 999 (UK) / 911 (US/CA).

12. Data Protection & Retention
Reports and review data are processed for specific purposes and stored only as long as necessary for handling/evidence (details: Privacy Policy).
