Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
1. Right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

2. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you notified us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

3. Loss of the right of withdrawal

• Services: You lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed after you have expressly consented to the start of performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: You lose your right of withdrawal once provision begins after you have expressly consented to the start of performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
