Currently, FoundmyLove is available as a web app through your browser. Native apps for iOS and Android are in development.

7. Is there a subscription model?

Yes, we offer three optional subscription plans:

Silver – affordable entry with a limited number of messages
Gold – unlimited communication plus boost features
Platinum – all benefits, top profile placement, and exclusive matches

All subscriptions can be cancelled monthly.

With purchased credits, you can send messages, highlight your profile, or send virtual gifts. You only pay for what you use.

In the “Credits & Subscriptions” section, you can easily pay via PayPal, credit card, or instant bank transfer. Subscriptions renew automatically but can be cancelled at any time.

You’ll receive suggestions based on your profile (e.g., interests, age, location), or you can use filters for a more targeted search.

Our algorithm suggests compatible profiles based on your preferences and interactions.

Be personal, friendly, and refer to something in the person’s profile. Authentic messages are far more effective than copy-paste texts.

You can manually update your location in your profile – for example, when traveling or moving.

Yes, you can block or report any user. Our support team carefully investigates all reports.

Under “Settings > Delete Account,” you can permanently remove your profile. All data will be deleted in accordance with GDPR regulations.

 

Yes, you can update your email address in the settings. For security reasons, the new address must be confirmed.
